From our friends at Alley Cat Allies: Community cats are unowned cats who live outdoors. Like pet cats, they belong to the domestic cat species, but most are not socialized to people. They live full, healthy lives in colonies in their outdoor homes. Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the only humane, effective approach — and it benefits both the cats and the communities where they live.
Rescue Network's Barn Cat Program
We provide TNR resources for our local communities through grants and our barn cat program. If you have or know cats that could participate, please email us at info@rescuenetworkmn.org.
Need food for your colony? Email us at info@rescuenetworkmn.org and we’ll coordinate with one of our coordinators to get you connected. If we can’t provide food at the moment, we’ll point you to a local pet food shelf.
